Role and Responsibilities:

As an eStore Curbie, you will be responsible for retrieving online orders and delivering them directly to customers, ensuring accuracy and excellent service. You will also support sanitation, stocking, and safety standards within the eStore.

• Use digital tools to retrieve and review customer orders.
• Communicate order changes and adjustments directly to customers.
• Make adjustments to orders based on customer requests.
• Audit orders for bagging accuracy, quality, and completion.
• Package, transport, and load groceries and merchandise into customer vehicles.
• Minimize shrink through careful product handling.
• Achieve productivity standards consistently.
• Gather baskets and pick up trash inside and outside the eStore.
• Maintain and stock bag areas as needed.
• Return products to shelves and transfer products between slots to free up carts.
• Organize carts and maintain cleanliness within the eStore.
• Maintain safety and sanitation standards at all times.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Minimum age of 16 with completion of required training upon hire (e.g., Alcohol Sellers Training).
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize and manage cross-functional tasks.
• Ability to perform in a fast-paced work environment requiring detail and precision.
• Physical ability to meet role requirements, including lifting up to 55 lbs and safely handling heavier loads with assistance.

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs.
• Experience working in varying conditions, including hot, wet, or cold environments.
• Ability to remain attentive to customer needs and provide outstanding service.
