Front End Associate

Role and Responsibilities:

In the role of Front End Associate, you will be essential in building customer trust and loyalty by providing friendly, accurate, and timely service. You will manage the customer service desk and media services, ensuring customer issues are resolved promptly or escalated according to company policies. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Customer Engagement: Greet and assist customers courteously, respond to their needs, and handle or escalate concerns professionally.
• Front-End Operations: Manage store cash and accounting processes, stay up to date on company policies, operate Automated Checkout Machines (ACM), and troubleshoot front-end equipment.
• Inventory & Stocking: Restock merchandise and supplies, assist with pricing, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
• Professional Communication: Use professional phone etiquette, guide customers appropriately, and protect sensitive information.
• Safety & Compliance: Maintain a clean and safe work area, report hazards or faulty equipment, and inform management of theft or policy violations.
• Additional Duties: Perform cashier responsibilities and other tasks as assigned by management.

Required Skills and Experience:

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
• Ability to accurately follow instructions in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain work authorization.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.

• Strong communication skills for effectively addressing and resolving customer concerns.
• Experience with front-end systems and office equipment.
• Proven track record of delivering excellent customer service.
