Role and Responsibilities:

Your duties as a Picker Packer will involve helping to uphold operational efficiency within the warehouse and ensuring accuracy in processing orders:

• Play a part in a team to help maintain effective distribution center operations.
• Accurately select and pack orders by following specified methods for safety and precision.
• Prepare and bundle completed store requests for shipment.
• Ensure shipments are loaded onto trucks safely and with optimal efficiency.
• Obtain merchandise from suppliers and ready items for outbound selection and packaging processes.
• Replenish goods in both primary and secondary bins as needed.
• Extract, relocate, and unpack merchandise cases for replenishment tasks.
• Maintain meticulous records and documentation on a daily basis.
• Analyze purchase instructions to ascertain item numbers, measurements, color variations, and stock volumes.
• Gather goods from storage compartments and shelves while keeping track of inventory levels.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Preference is given to those with a high school diploma or GED.
• Competence in functioning as a cohesive unit in a fast-paced team environment.
• Attentive to specifics and skilled in structuring and coordinating tasks efficiently.
• Ability to accurately comprehend and follow given directions.
• Ability to lift, transport, and manage merchandise physically on a regular basis.
• Pledging to prioritize safety measures and adhere to company policies consistently.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous engagement with the coordination of distribution, warehouse, or logistics processes.
• Mastery of inventory management practices and the process of order fulfillment.
• Bilingual or multilingual communication skills refer to the capability to communicate effectively in various languages.
