Role and Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care services and wellness support.
• Supervise pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Ensure compliance with operational standards, safety, and performance metrics.
• Assist in disease state management and optimization of medication therapy.
• Provide outstanding patient-centered care while managing acute and chronic conditions.
• Support company initiatives to enhance profitability and service excellence.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy or Pharm.D, or equivalent FPGEC (NABP).
• Active pharmacy license in state(s) of practice, with all licenses in good standing.
• Certified Immunizer preferred.
• Ability to work a variety of schedules including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
