Responsibilities of Assistant Food Operations Manager:

• Coordinating procurement activities in alignment with the Produce-Floral Manager for fresh produce
• Providing a friendly greeting to visitors and assisting them promptly with accurate information
• Providing guidance and meeting needs
• Administering order manuals entails coordinating purchasing schedules and cutoff times
• Maintaining the proper reception and stocking of goods while adhering to rotation standards during the restocking process
• Assist the Assistant Floral Manager in the floral department whenever needed
• Encourage, empower, and educate team members through on-the-job training and The Fresh Market's internal training system to promote exceptional guest care in a secure environment

Qualifications of Assistant Food Operations Manager:

• Seasoned professional with three-plus years of involvement in the retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
• Exceeding one year in a leadership capacity
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office software enhances one's ability to streamline work processes
• To be considered, one must be 18 years of age or older
