Job Summary of Customer Assistant:

Working as a customer service representative, Offer timely, effective, and amiable customer assistance. purchases packages and helps clients have them delivered to their preferred method of transportation.

Responsibilities of Customer Assistant:

• Providing prompt, efficient and friendly customer service Greeting customers in a friendly manner
• Helping consumers by accompanying them, ensuring the safety of products, moving or lifting heavy articles, and completing additional responsibilities to elevate the overall shopping experience
• Ensuring that telephone inquiries are promptly attended to and customer service is provided in a welcoming manner
• Assisting patrons in packaging their purchases while upholding cleanliness standards
• Verifying and confirming the prices of items to ensure accuracy for customers
• Adjusting the placement of items to the front of the shelf
• Bringing carts in from parking lot Cleaning can redemption area and emptying recycle bins Stocking, facing, rotating merchandise, cleaning shelves
• Keeping front-end supplies well-stocked

Qualifications of Customer Assistant:

• Competence in executing elementary addition and subtraction calculations
• Emulating digits, calculating, and logging
• Skill in interpreting and carrying out spoken or demonstrated orders accurately

Physical requirements of Customer Assistant:

• Ability to exert up to 50 pounds of force occasionally; exert up to 20 pounds of force frequently; and exert up to 10 pounds of force constantly to move objects
• Visual requirements include vision from less than 20 inches to more than 20 feet with or without correction, depth perception, color vision, and field of vision
