Cake Decorator

The Cake Decorator ensures that baked goods are decorated to company specifications, delivering fresh, high-quality products for customers. This role is essential to maintaining customer satisfaction and supporting the financial success of the store.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Cake Decorator, you will focus on daily production and customer service while ensuring product quality and consistency.

• Decorate cakes and baked goods according to company specifications and customer expectations.
• Execute daily production lists accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain product freshness and presentation standards in the bakery department.
• Provide excellent customer service to meet guest needs and encourage repeat business.
• Support bakery operations by keeping the work area clean, safe, and organized.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Ability to follow company decoration standards and product specifications.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to manage time and complete daily production lists.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $16.50 $22.00 per hour.
