Bakery Supervisor

Job Summary for Bakery Supervisor:

Demonstrate leadership in the Bakery Department through the supervision of Team Members, procurement of necessary resources, and execution of merchandising plans to foster business growth, meet customer demands, and enhance profitability.

Job Requirements:

• A background of 3 to 5 years is essential for this position
• Non-requirement of high school diploma for eligibility for desired educational opportunity
• Requirement for Lifting: Capable of lifting objects weighing up to 100 pounds
• You must be at least 18 years old to meet the requirement

Job Responsibilities:

• Fulfill the responsibilities of a Bakery Manager when they are not present.
• Proficiency in grasping and abiding by the rules set forth in the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
• Deliver offerings and solutions that consistently fulfill the expectations of both inside and outside consumers while following the Company's overarching mission, aim, and core beliefs.
• Comply with the established procedures and policies of the organization to prevent stock shortages, preserve the appearance of products, drive sales growth, improve customer happiness, uphold a safe work atmosphere, and minimize losses.
• Establish and manage effective communication channels with other departments to formulate marketing plans that contribute to achieving the store's financial targets.
• Monitor, direct, and appraise the instruction facilitated by a trainer for team members within the department to mitigate attrition, boost effectiveness, and regulate labor expenditures.
• Arrange, manage, and monitor inventory and operational records to compute monthly profits in accordance with Company regulations.
• Control inventory by analyzing and monitoring regular reports, as well as procuring essential raw materials and items to satisfy client needs and increase profitability.
• Having the readiness to work long hours to accomplish tasks.
• Employed in a shop where there is constant interaction with the daily tasks and machinery involved in the bakery division.
