Your role as Associate Deli Manager entails supporting the Deli and Custom Meal Solutions Manager in managing department inventory, ensuring pricing accuracy, delivering training, and overseeing other operational processes that demand meticulous attention. Responsibilities of Associate Deli Manager:

• Providing a warm welcome to guests and anticipating their needs by offering friendly assistance with precise and timely information
• Proposing guidance and responding to needs
• Setting clear deadlines for ordering can help in the reduction of unnecessary product loss and damage
• Adhering to rotation standards while replenishing goods ensures proper reception and stocking of items as per required guidelines
• Direct the staff on how to handle, cut, and get ready a diverse assortment of meat, cheeses, and Convenient Meal Solutions (CMS) on a daily basis
• Encourage, stimulate, advise, and educate team members during work hours and via The Fresh Market's internal training tool to promote outstanding guest experiences while focusing on safety protocols

Qualifications of Associate Deli Manager:

• Three years and counting of experience in providing exceptional guest service
• Managing teams for more than a year
• Competent in navigating Microsoft Office programs
• A person must be of adult age, which starts at 18 years
