• Develop knowledge of and support operations in all store departments
• Assist in managing overall store performance, including both operations and human resources
• Implement scheduling strategies to optimize staffing and meet business needs
• Oversee compliance with security, maintenance, safety, and sanitation standards
• Manage ordering processes and inventory control
• Perform administrative tasks and support human resource functions
