Role and Responsibilities:

In this position, you will contribute to customer loyalty by ensuring efficient operations and outstanding service. Core responsibilities include:

• Greet, assist, and thank customers promptly with professionalism and courtesy.
• Offer product recommendations to improve the shopping experience.
• Stock and rotate department items to maintain freshness and accurate date control.
• Use supplies efficiently to reduce waste and manage costs effectively.
• Operate department equipment and tools safely and correctly.
• Keep the work area clean, organized, and safe while reporting hazards or equipment concerns to management.
• Alert management to theft, shoplifting, unauthorized discounts, or policy violations.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly in English.
• Ability to understand and follow instructions in English.
• Authorization to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.
