Role and Responsibilities:

As a Retail Deli Stocker, you will:

• Stock, organize, and rotate deli products to ensure freshness and availability.

• Verify product quality, monitor expiration dates, and maintain temperature control.

• Maintain clean, safe, and sanitary work areas, including coolers, displays, and equipment.

• Assist with product displays, pricing, and signage.

• Provide excellent customer service by answering questions, assisting with product selection, and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

• Follow all food handling, storage, and safety procedures.

• Support inventory management by handling returns, damaged goods, and required documentation.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong attention to detail and commitment to food safety.

• Good communication and customer service skills.

• Ability to work in cold environments (refrigerated areas).

• Flexibility to adapt to changing tasks and schedules.

• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in retail, grocery, or deli environments.

• Knowledge of food safety procedures and inventory management.
