Role and Responsibilities:

You will provide swift and friendly service to customers while maintaining high food quality and safety. Your key responsibilities include:

• Provide customers with swift and friendly service, coupled with high-quality food.
• Follow company standards for unloading, stocking, and storing merchandise.
• Carry out specified recipes, safety practices, and policies in packaging, displaying, and presenting food items.
• Complete essential temperature inspections and monitor product quality to guarantee freshness and safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness of sales areas, inventory spaces, and cooling units to prevent accidents and ensure a well-organized environment.
• Clean and sanitize cookware and utensils in adherence to health and company standards.
• Keep signage updated, rotate products, maintain freshness, and allocate merchandise space appropriately.
• Adhere to safety protocols when operating production equipment and utilizing cleaning solutions and sharp tools effectively.
• Perform cash register transactions according to company guidelines.
• Collaborate with the team in a fast-paced, high-throughput environment to support operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Availability to work weekends and holidays.
• Clear and persuasive communication skills for interacting with customers and team members.
• Ability to interpret and analyze product labels, shelf tags, training materials, and announcements.
• Effective multitasking, prioritizing, and teamwork abilities.
• Competent in safely handling cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and production equipment.
• Self-motivated and reliable in task completion.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food handling or grocery retail.
• Understanding of food safety protocols, sanitation procedures, and workplace conduct.
• Demonstrated dependability and ethical behavior in previous roles.
• Experience managing fast-paced customer service interactions.
