Job Summary:

Delivery Drivers at Whole Foods Market play a vital role in ensuring our customers receive their orders promptly and safely. As a key member of our distribution team, you will be responsible for the accurate, timely, and courteous delivery of products to our customers and business partners.

Key Responsibilities:

Safely load, transport, and deliver items to customers or businesses on time.
Review orders before and after delivery to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
Assist with loading and unloading of goods from vehicles.
Provide outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries and resolving complaints.
Follow designated routes and time schedules reliably.
Complete reports and delivery documentation as required.
Operate vehicles and machinery, including cars, trucks, and forklifts, as needed.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a delivery driver.
Valid professional driver’s license.
Ability to safely operate forklifts and tractors in various weather and traffic conditions.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
High school diploma or equivalent.
