Job Summary of Cake Designer:

The role of a Cake Designer at ShopRite involves maintaining a workspace that is neat, clean, and safe, as well as upholding departmental sanitation and quality assurance standards. It includes tasks such as cleaning and sanitizing work surfaces, tools, and equipment regularly. Additionally, ensuring the floor remains free of any debris or spills is crucial. Greeting customers and providing them with courteous and efficient service is also part of the responsibilities, along with arranging products in display cases

Responsibilities of Cake Designer:

• Engage with clients in a professional yet affable demeanor, supporting them with customized cake requests and addressing inquiries about various products.
• Design, garnish, and conclude cakes, cupcakes, and additional bakery selections based on the requests of customers and the prescribed standards of ShopRite.
• Design eye-catching and original visual elements perfect for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and festive gatherings.
• Develop icings, fillings, and frostings through the use of proper techniques and recipes.
• Display all embellished items in an appealing way and ensure they are tagged with accurate information.
