Job Summary of Clerk:

This role providing excellent customer service while maintaining a clean and organized bakery department. The responsibilities include stocking products, ensuring product freshness, and assisting customers with their bakery needs. This role requires a passion for food, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive customer experience.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Clerk:

• Stock bakery shelves with fresh products and ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist customers by providing excellent service and answering their bakery-related inquiries.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bakery department.
• Ensure products are properly labeled and priced for customer convenience.
• Monitor product inventory levels and replenish as necessary.
• Assist in special orders and help with the preparation of baked goods during peak hours.

Qualifications and Experience of Clerk:

• Previous experience in a bakery or retail environment preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills and communication abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining product quality.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
