Role and Responsibilities:
As part of this position, your main duties will encompass dishwashing responsibilities and maintaining the cleanliness of the facility in accordance with the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) specified by the team and facility.
Ensure cleanliness by washing, rinsing, and sanitizing kitchen items such as dishes, pots, and utensils.
Ensure that all purified items are appropriately stored in their designated areas.
Ensure that the floors, drains, walls, and shelves in the dishwashing section are regularly cleaned and sanitized.
Implement the standard operating procedures to disinfect the dish room using hot water, hoses, chemicals, scrub pads, and brushes.
Comply with the instructions of facility leaders for emptying trash bins and replacing liners.
Replenish dish room supplies and notify the purchasing team of any deficits in stock.
Comply with the recommended cleaning checklists, safety procedures, and sanitation timetables.
Observe the safety precautions for managing dangerous materials.
Follow rules and guidelines concerning health, sanitation, and the practice of safe work habits.
Preserve the safety and functionality of tools and machinery through proper use and upkeep.
Provide assistance in dealing with sudden cleaning challenges within the premises.
Timely reporting of hazards, policy violations, accidents, and injuries to leadership is essential.
Undertake initial, mid-shift, and final duties, together with any additional projects received.
Required Skills and Experience:

Preferred Qualifications:
Versatile in adjusting to diverse work conditions, whether wet or dry environments or extreme temperatures.
Proficient in the safe and efficient use of knives, box cutters, pallet jacks, and heavy machinery.
Capability to perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 pounds, bending, twisting, squatting, and reaching.
Upholding the company's regulations on attire, production kitchen protocols, and PPE standards is necessary.
Consent to work with FDA-endorsed cleaning solutions.
Capacity to effectively use ladders when required.
Compensation and Benefits:
Based on experience, hourly wages can be between $21.50 and $35.00.
