Role and Responsibilities of Bakery Crew Member:

• Prepare bread, cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts with a commitment to delivering top-quality results
• Add flair to desserts and confections with original and precise decorations
• Use ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers securely and in a manner that maximizes efficiency
• Maintain the required levels of freshness, quality, and safety for products
• Keep bakery display areas and shelves clean, structured, and well-equipped with merchandise
• Involve with customers to ensure satisfaction through excellent service

Required Skills and Experience of Bakery Crew Member:

• A genuine passion for the practice of baking and adorning baked goods
• Proficiency in using baking machinery and complying with safety procedures
• Maintaining a high level of quality by carefully scrutinizing details
• Possessing excellent customer service capabilities alongside a positive and team-driven attitude
