Job Summary:

The vital responsibilities of the RSales Coordinator include delivering outstanding customer service, managing well-organized and properly stocked displays, and maintaining a clean, secure, and appealing sales floor to create a pleasant shopping environment for customers.

These are the key duties and measurable outcomes that need to be achieved in the position:

• Delivers outstanding member service by warmly welcoming, helping, and expressing appreciation to all members promptly and professionally. Addresses member concerns courteously and swiftly, involving management as necessary.
• Has a solid grasp of merchandise protection procedures and protocols in place for preventing losses.
• Reviews and manages the AP Alert Binder to ensure it aligns with AP standards.
• Embrace the optimal procedures, including conducting checks on the contents at the bottom of the cart, handling electronics securely, using self-checkout facilities, and expressing gratitude to the member for their patronage. Validate that the items tally with the receipts at the register and verify high-value goods. Take note of any discrepancies in the receipts and alert the frontline team promptly for resolution.
• Auditing of Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery is carried out in compliance with company procedures.
• Verify the compliance with repack awareness procedures by evaluating established repack goods.
• Watch over the club's entrances and exits to regulate the traffic of members and visitors entering and exiting the establishment
• Responds appropriately to Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms based on standard response protocols.
• Adheres to stringent safety guidelines for the well-being of team members and members.
• Scrutinizes the bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes of team members, colleagues, and vendors prior to their departure.
• Administers the system for members to claim refunds on empty water jug return vouchers.
• Follows all established club policies and procedures.
• Executes additional duties as specified, such as aiding in other departments as deemed essential.
• Consistent, foreseeable, full attendance is a vital aspect of this job.

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in interpersonal communication and a detail-oriented mindset are vital.
• A preference for basic math aptitude exists.
• Capability in utilizing an intelligent handheld tool.
• Meeting the requisite training and certification criteria is crucial.
• Individuals applying for the position must demonstrate a history of at least six months of employment with the company.
• The age requirement is a minimum of 18 years.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• Daily routines consist of continuous standing and mobility on rigid grounds.
