Responsibilities of Kitchen Production Specialist:

• Supervise the creation of critical goods to assist Deli-CMS, Meat-Seafood, Bakery, and Produce departments
• Maintain awareness of the store's product offerings and weekly sales promotions, working collaboratively across departments to guide shoppers in finding items and crafting meal options
• Verify that our store products meet the highest standards for our guests by examining them for appropriate rotation, cleanliness, and sanitation practices, and documenting any necessary information in reports
• Ensure strict adherence to The Fresh Market's guidelines, policies, and protocols
• Conform to the specified uniform standards to project a professional image
