Produce Selector

Company Overview:

Superior Grocers is hiring a Produce Selector to support warehouse operations and ensure timely fulfillment of store demands. This role is vital to achieving company objectives through safe, efficient, and accurate handling of merchandise that supplies our store locations.

Role and Responsibilities:

As a Produce Selector, you will work in a fast-paced environment to prepare and organize produce orders for distribution.

• Palletize merchandise for delivery to Superior Grocers stores.
• Work safely and efficiently while maintaining productivity standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the warehouse facility at all times.
• Fulfill store demands and expectations for accuracy and timeliness.
• Report unsafe conditions or damage to direct supervision.
• Perform additional tasks as required by supervisors.
• Follow a weekly schedule and adapt to operational requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Must be able to work weekends.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in cold temperatures (36-degree cooler).

Education:

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.

Experience:

• Minimum of one year of related experience preferred.

Compensation:

• Pay range: $20.00 $22.00 per hour.
