Job Summary of Associate Produce Manager:

In the capacity of Associate Produce Manager, you will collaborate with the Produce-Floral Manager to supervise inventory levels, ensure pricing accuracy, deliver training sessions, and address operational procedures that require detailed focus. This role is fast-paced and calls for efficiency, efficacy, and a strong commitment to excellence in order to produce results and provide exceptional service to both guests and team members. Responsibilities of Associate Produce Manager:

• Coordinating the ordering of produce items with the Produce-Floral Manager
• Greeting guests and proactively assisting them in a friendly manner with accurate and timely information
• Making recommendations and accommodating requests
• Managing order guides/ordering deadlines/reducing shrink/damage
• Properly receiving/stocking of goods that follow rotation standards when replenishing product levels
• As needed, assist the Assistant Floral Manager within the floral department
• Engage, motivate, coach, and train team members on-the-job as well as through The Fresh Market's internal training platform to provide excellent guest service in a safe and secure manner

Qualifications of Associate Produce Manager:

• Extensive background exceeding three years in working within the retail, restaurant, or hospitality industry
• More than 12 months in a leadership role
• Familiarity with the functionalities of Microsoft Office suite is advantageous in a professional setting
• Being a minimum of 18 years old is a requirement
