Role and Responsibilities:

Assisting in store operations and human resources management to drive productivity and success:

• Understand the functions of all store departments and provide support
• Share responsibility for optimizing the store's performance across operational and human resource functions
• Apply scheduling methods to optimize employee deployment and meet organizational needs
• Ensure compliance with security, maintenance, safety, and sanitation standards
• Supervise order processing and inventory management
• Perform administrative and human resources responsibilities
• Promote and embody the organization's principles of respect, transparency, ethics, diversity, inclusion, and safety

Prerequisite Abilities and Background:

• Ability to learn and manage diverse operational areas within a retail environment
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills
• Experience or willingness to participate in scheduling and HR tasks
• Commitment to upholding safety and hygiene standards
• Strong leadership and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior experience leading and managing retail staff
• Knowledge of store operations and HR management practices
