Job Summary:

Join Target as a Fulfillment Expert and be part of a team that helps families discover the joy of everyday life. In this fast-paced and dynamic role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring guests receive their orders accurately, efficiently, and on time. As a Fulfillment Expert, you will support Target’s mission by preparing, packing, and shipping products that create a seamless shopping experience for every guest.

Roles and Duties:

• Pick, prepare, pack, sort, and ship guest orders safely and efficiently.
• Engage with guests in a friendly, helpful manner while completing daily tasks.
• Use technology tools and reporting systems to assess order demand and adjust workflow accordingly.
• Ensure product accuracy, quality, and timeliness for order pickups, drive-ups, and deliveries.
• Maintain organized and clean workspaces, keeping supplies and equipment in top condition.
• Follow all safety procedures, including proper equipment usage and food safety guidelines when applicable.
• Support additional store operations as needed, including cashiering and guest assistance.
• Demonstrate ethical conduct, safety awareness, and compliance with company standards at all times.

Physical Demands:

• Ability to stand and remain mobile throughout an entire shift.
• Lift or move merchandise up to 44 lbs. independently and 45–100 lbs. with team assistance.
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including different temperatures and humidity levels.
• Climb ladders, operate scanning equipment, and handle physical tasks safely and efficiently.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, holidays, and varying shifts as business needs require.

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older.
• Welcoming, helpful, and guest-focused attitude.
• Ability to learn and adapt to evolving technology and digital tools.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow multi-step processes.
• Effective problem-solving and teamwork skills.
• Reliable and punctual with a commitment to consistent attendance.
• Previous retail, warehouse, or fulfillment experience is a plus but not required.
