• Supports patrons by guiding them to merchandise, acquiring items that are inaccessible, helping with lifting heavy loads, transmitting recommendations or queries, and executing various tasks to enrich their retail experience.
• Greets callers promptly and delivers amiable and beneficial support to those seeking help over the phone.
• Assists in teamwork efforts to enhance customer satisfaction and create an enjoyable work setting.
• Follows appropriate sanitation practices and keeps the work area tidy at all times.

Qualifications of Produce Stock Clerk:

• Less than high school education or equivalent experience.
• Six months or less of similar or related work experience.
• Ability to carry out detailed but simple written or verbal instructions.
• Ability to deal with a few concrete variables.
• Basic math skills including simple addition and subtraction.
• Ability to copy figures, count, and record information.
• Ability to follow verbal or demonstrated instructions, write identifying information, and request supplies orally or in writing.

Physical Requirements of Produce Stock Clerk:
