Role and Responsibilities:

We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead the daily operations of our stores. The Store Manager is responsible for customer service, associate development, financial performance, and ensuring compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.

• Oversee day-to-day store operations, including staff, inventory, cash handling, and compliance
• Lead, train, and develop store associates and management team
• Drive sales performance through planning, implementing, and reporting on weekly programs
• Manage payroll, budgets, and P&L to ensure financial goals are achieved
• Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal labor, safety, and food regulations
• Reduce shrink and protect company assets
• Recruit, hire, retain, and develop top talent
• Foster a positive store culture that delivers excellent customer service

Required Skills and Experience:

• Strong background in people leadership and team development
• Knowledge of inventory management, scheduling, payroll, P&L analysis, and compliance
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Prior store management experience in grocery, perishable, or big-box retail
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, Management, Supply Chain, or related field (preferred)
