Role and Responsibilities:

You will serve customers promptly with a smile while maintaining food quality and safety. Your responsibilities include:

• Serve customers promptly with a smile, ensuring exceptional service and food quality.
• Follow company standards for unloading, stocking, and storing merchandise.
• Implement recipes, safety standards, and policies when packaging, arranging, and exhibiting food items.
• Perform mandatory temperature checks and monitor product quality to maintain freshness and safety compliance.
• Maintain cleanliness in sales zones, backroom areas, and refrigerated storage to promote safety and prevent mess.
• Clean and sanitize cookware and utensils according to health and company standards.
• Maintain signage, rotate products, prioritize freshness, and allocate merchandise space effectively.
• Safely operate production machinery and handle cleaning solutions and sharp tools responsibly.
• Conduct cash register transactions as per company policies.
• Collaborate effectively in a high-volume, fast-paced environment to support team operations.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Availability to work weekends and holidays as required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills to engage with customers and team members.
• Ability to read and interpret product labels, shelf tags, instructional materials, and announcements.
• Proficiency in multitasking, prioritizing tasks, and contributing positively to team efforts.
• Skill in safely handling cleaning solutions, sharp tools, and production equipment.
• Proactive attitude towards task management and execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in food handling or retail grocery settings.
• Knowledge of food safety principles, sanitation procedures, and professional conduct.
• Proven reliability and trustworthiness in prior roles.
• Experience in managing fast-paced customer service interactions.
