Job Description:

Warehouse Pickers are accountable for efficiently and precisely selecting undamaged products. Their responsibilities include fulfilling orders for stores, meeting delivery deadlines, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

• Ideal candidates will have between 0 and 6 months of relevant experience
• Candidates with experience handling electric pallet jacks will be favored
• Individuals without a high school diploma can still pursue this educational path
• Weight carrying stipulation: Restricted to 100 pounds at most
• The minimum age for this requirement is 18 years old

Job Responsibilities:

• Having the capacity to perform mathematical operations is necessary.
• Utilize a voice-operated warehouse management system to accurately match slot numbers with product descriptions while picking products.
• Transfer cases that weigh up to 100 pounds from picking slots onto pallets, lifting them from different positions like the floor, shoulder, and overhead.
• Adhere to and preserve established productivity norms.
• Build robust and evenly distributed pallet loads by combining different case dimensions and weights, guaranteeing secure delivery without any breakages.
• Wrap and set up completed pallets of selected goods in the correct shipping lanes for loading purposes.
• Maintain open communication with supervisors regarding safety, equipment maintenance, damaged merchandise, and any arising difficulties.
• Show flexibility in your scheduling and availability to meet the company's production needs by being open to working different times and shifts.
• Comply with all corporate policies, procedures, and safety protocols, which involve operating equipment safely and assisting in the upkeep of a tidy and secure work environment.
• Comply with the necessary steps to uphold food safety measures.
• Undertake diverse assignments in the warehouse as deemed appropriate.
