Warehouse Worker

Job Summary:

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Safely and efficiently build pallets of products, minimizing damage and maximizing trailer space.
• Operate equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and Vocollect devices.
• Perform order audits to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Maintain knowledge of quality standards and product requirements.
• Communicate daily quality issues to operations management.
• Maintain cold chain integrity for temperature-sensitive products.
• May work in cold temperatures and lift weights up to 20-25 pounds on average, occasionally up to 50 pounds or more.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience operating pallet jacks, forklifts, and Vocollect devices.
• Note: Frozen positions earn an additional $2.00/hour.
