Responsibilities of Backroom Associate:

• Striving to make each customer's visit enjoyable and unforgettable through our outstanding service
• Execute the process of shipping and unloading of trucks
• Keep up with expectations regarding the presentation, pricing, tagging, and replenishment of items in the store.
• Maintain organization in the stockroom.
• Play a role in promoting a protected retail environment.
• Assist in-store patrons with their transactions and handle online pickups within the store
• Exhibit your dedication and familiarity with our offerings to guide customers towards finding the ideal selection.

Qualification of Backroom Associate:

• You'll Bring A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
