Responsibilities of Retail Crew Member:

• Your position will involve various duties, from customer service to ensuring a pleasant and memorable shopping experience for our customers
• Convey your passion and expertise about our offerings to aid customers in pinpointing the perfect choice.
• Support customers with the payment process in-store and coordinate the retrieval of their online purchase for pickup.
• Meet requirements for merchandising presentation, pricing consistency, signage, and replenishment on the sales floor.
• Be involved in freight processing and assisting with truck unloading when required.
• Work together to establish a safe shopping atmosphere.

Qualification of Retail Crew Member:

• A can-do attitude and commitment to contributing to a collaborative, open minded, adaptable, honest, and respectful culture.
• Retail experience a plus but not required.
• Excellent communication & time management skills.
• Ability to initiate a conversation.
• Minimum Age 16 years.
• Ability to lift up to 40 lbs.
