Role and Responsibilities of Baking Specialist:

• Bake a variety of goods such as bread, cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts to exacting quality standards
• Spice up cakes and sweets with imaginative and meticulous adornments
• Operate ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers with safety and efficiency in mind
• Preserve the standards for product freshness, quality, and food safety
• Maintain the cleanliness, orderliness, and full stock of bakery showcases and shelves
• Interact actively with clients to deliver outstanding service experiences
