Produce Stocker

Job Summary:

Become an integral part of the Wegmans Produce team, where you'll contribute to providing customers with access to an array of fresh and healthy fruits and vegetables. Your role involves maintaining the appearance and quality of our produce displays while delivering exceptional service to our valued customers.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Provide outstanding service to customers, assisting them in locating products and answering queries.
• Ensure shelves and displays are consistently stocked with fresh fruits and vegetables, maintaining their appearance and quality.
• Trim, package, and rotate products as needed to uphold freshness standards.
• Assist in unloading daily deliveries and stocking cases, displays, and backroom coolers with new and existing products/inventory.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Previous experience not required; training provided.
• Passion for fresh food and commitment to maintaining high quality.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and willingness to learn and adapt.
• Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset.
