Job Summary of Warehouse Selector:

This role is responsible for selecting, organizing, and preparing products for delivery to local customers. It is ideal for individuals who enjoy staying active in a fast - paced environment while earning competitive pay. The position involves working with warehouse equipment, maintaining accuracy, and upholding strict safety standards.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Warehouse Selector:

• Pick, gather, and organize products using order sheets or audio headsets.
• Stack items on pallets for wrapping and loading at designated bays.
• Ensure order accuracy and compliance with safety procedures.
• Operate material handling equipment such as pallet jacks or walkie - riders.
• Wrap pallets securely to prevent product damage during transport.
• Conduct equipment inspections and complete required documentation.
• Lift and move products of varying sizes and weights safely throughout the shift.

Qualifications and Experience of Warehouse Selector:

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to work 10–12 hour shifts and stand, walk, bend, and lift for extended periods.
• Capability to safely lift and move items weighing up to 60 lbs. or more.
• Comfortable working in various conditions, including freezer environments.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.

Salary:

• $24.00 per hour plus a $2.00 freezer premium, with additional earning potential after training.
