Job Summary of Overnight Crew Associate:

The role involves managing the pricing, stocking, and rotation of goods within the grocery department to uphold organized shelves, ensure full availability of products, and maintain freshness and accurate labeling to deliver a top-notch shopping experience.

Responsibilities of Overnight Crew Associate:

• Aid in the process of unloading the merchandise.
• Move merchandise to stock areas for storage purposes.
• Accurately label items and unbox packages as necessary.
• Ensure that store shelves are consistently replenished based on the allocated tags for each product.
• Help in setting up store showcases.
• Rotate perishable goods to maintain freshness and promptly remove items past their expiry date.
• Manage the quantity of faulty products.
• Ensure that the assigned section is appropriately set up before the conclusion of your scheduled work shift.
• Adhere to the policies and procedures specific to each department.
• Extend a warm greeting to individuals visiting the store and pay attention to their preferences.
• Follow the standards set by the organization regarding appropriate attire to present a tidy and well-groomed image.
• Follow all the guidelines specified in the company's Employee Handbook.
• Price maintenance and security measures.
• Maintenance of the sales and rear areas.
• Offer assistance with front-facing services as necessary.

Qualifications of Overnight Crew Associate:

• Ability to read and write to properly tag merchandise, maintain proper inventory level and ensure rotation of product.
• Ability to unload, transport, and place merchandise in specific areas.
• Must have the ability to retrieve and place merchandise on the top racks in the grocery aisles for proper storage. The top racking process may be 20% of the time working in the aisles during the shift.
• Ability to lift up to seventy (70) pounds at least forty percent (40%) of the time.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
