Role and Responsibilities:

As a Merchandise Clerk, you will oversee and support daily operations in the Drug/GM department. Your responsibilities include:

• Create a welcoming and outstanding customer experience through excellent service.
• Establish and maintain a safe and clean department environment that encourages customers to return.
• Achieve department sales and profit goals by monitoring and controlling operations.
• Direct and supervise department functions, duties, and activities.
• Support the day-to-day operations of the Drug/GM department.
• Monitor and ensure compliance with quality assurance standards.
• Encourage and guide associates to consistently deliver exceptional customer service.
