Main Responsibilities and Key Performance Indicators:

• Offers excellent member assistance through friendly interactions, prompt issue resolution, and escalating concerns to management when needed.
• Exhibits a clear understanding of how to protect merchandise and respond effectively to shrink alerts.
• Maintains the AP Alert Binder in accordance with AP requirements and specifications.
• Follow the most effective practices, which entail inspecting the items in the lower part of the cart, handling electronics appropriately, utilizing self-checkout options, and showing appreciation to the member. Confirm that the products match the receipts at the register and authenticate expensive items. Document any disparities in the receipts and inform the frontline staff immediately to address any issues.
• Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery undergo audits as per the company's guidelines.
• Oversee the enforcement of repack guidelines by reviewing acknowledged repack products.
• Supervise the ingress and egress of individuals at the club, including both regular patrons and occasional guests
• Follows established guidelines for managing Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarms as required.
• Maintains rigorous safety standards for the protection of both team members and members.
• Checks the belongings of team members, employees, and vendors for security purposes when they depart the facility.
• Organizes the procedures for members to exchange empty water jugs for vouchers.
• Ensures compliance with all club rules and procedures.
• Fulfills other assignments as directed, which could include contributing support in alternate areas as necessary.
• Regular, anticipated, complete attendance is a necessary duty for this position.

Qualifications:

• Demonstrating excellent interpersonal capabilities and meticulousness is a prerequisite.
• Basic arithmetic proficiency is recommended.
• Skill in employing a clever portable device.
• It is imperative to fulfill the mandatory training and certification requirements successfully.
• Prospective employees must have completed a mandatory six-month duration within the company.
• At least 18 years old is required.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• Hours are routinely passed standing and navigating through unyielding floors.
• The job may involve tasks such as bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and using ladders/step stools.
• May need to lift objects that weigh up to 30 pounds from time to time.
• Exposure to different temperature conditions indoors versus outdoors.
