As a Customer Service Associate Leader, you will guide front-line staff, coordinate daily activities, and ensure customers enjoy efficient and welcoming service. - Support in special projects and execute other duties as assigned by leadership.
- Adhere to and assist in enforcing the company's safety standards.
- Keep us updated on any equipment that needs repairs or maintenance.
- Keep the work environment clean and free from any obstacles that could pose a safety threat.
- Adhere to safety protocols by maintaining vigilance and staying attuned to the behaviors and actions of customers.
- Notify the manager or security about any uncommon actions taking place.
- Protect the assets of the company by ensuring that the front-end cash drawer is securely locked when not in use.
- Regulations on general housekeeping and sanitation must be consistently met in accordance with store policy and state and local health guidelines.
- Frequently conduct cashiering and bagging responsibilities
- Regularly carry out duties at the service desk and kiosk and, if appropriately educated, engage in bookkeeping tasks
- Complete any other tasks as deemed necessary.

- Push or pull up to 75 pounds on occasion.
- Work in and out of inclement weather when necessary.
- Gather up to five shopping carts and push them to designated areas.
