The Sales Associate supports the sales team by nurturing existing accounts, reporting sales forecasts, and working closely with the assigned Regenerative Therapy Specialist (RTS). This role involves calling on wound centers, physicians, clinicians, and other key stakeholders to drive product awareness and sales. The Sales Associate is responsible for documenting account status, maintaining CRM records, and assisting in educational and promotional events. This position is salaried with potential commission or MBO as additional compensation.
Responsibilities of Sales Associate:
Partner with the RTS to sell designated Kerecis products to wound care hospitals and clinics
Work varied hours, including weekends, to meet physicians and provide case coverage
Cold call identified accounts and physicians to introduce products, deliver materials, and collect contact information
Nurture and grow existing business in the assigned territory
Achieve revenue targets as set by Kerecis
Assess customer needs and follow up in a timely manner with RTS guidance
Assist in educational events, including in-service, lunch, and dinner trainings
Report sales forecasts and updates to the RTS
Provide case coverage in wound centers and operating rooms
Meet weekly with the RTS to determine actionable items for the week
Monitor local market developments and advise Kerecis accordingly
Maintain accurate account records in the CRM system
Perform all duties in accordance with company policies and expectations
Qualifications and Experience of Sales Associate:
Bachelor's degree required
1-3 years of Business-to-Business sales experience
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple accounts and follow up effectively
Proficiency with CRM systems and sales documentation
Physical Demands and Work Environment:
Ability to work varied hours including weekends and occasional extended hours
Travel as required for client meetings, case coverage, and events
Professional presence and effective communication in client-facing situations
Work Schedule:
