Role and Responsibilities:
As a Store Customer Service Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing customer trust and loyalty by offering prompt, accurate, and friendly service. You will manage the customer service desk and media services, ensuring that customer concerns are resolved effectively or escalated according to company policies. Key responsibilities include:
- Customer Engagement: Welcome and assist customers courteously, respond to their needs, and resolve or escalate issues professionally.
- Front-End Operations: Oversee store cash and accounting procedures, stay updated on company policies, operate Automated Checkout Machines (ACM), and troubleshoot front-end equipment.
- Inventory & Stocking: Replenish merchandise and supplies, assist with pricing, and maintain accurate inventory levels.
- Professional Communication: Exhibit professional phone etiquette, direct customers appropriately, and maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
- Safety & Compliance: Ensure a clean and safe work area, report hazards or faulty equipment, and notify management of theft or policy violations.
- Additional Duties: Perform cashier duties and other tasks as assigned by management.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Minimum of 18 years of age.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately in English.
- Authorization to work in the United States or eligibility to obtain work authorization.
- Successful completion of pre-employment drug screening and background check.

- Strong communication skills for addressing and resolving customer concerns.
- Experience with front-end systems and office equipment.
- Proven ability to deliver excellent customer service.
