Job Summary:

This section highlights the primary tasks, essential duties, and main areas of accountability within the role:

• Provides exceptional member assistance with friendly greetings, prompt issue resolution, and timely escalation to management when necessary.
• Shows a comprehensive understanding of merchandise protection procedures and protocols for managing shrink alert notifications.
• Reviews and organizes the AP Alert Binder according to the AP standards and guidelines.
• Follow the BEST (bottom of the cart, electronics, self-checkout, and thanking the member) procedures including cross-checking merchandise to member register receipts and verifying high dollar value items. Records register receipt discrepancies and notifies front line to immediately rectify the situation.
• Company protocols are followed when auditing Express Pay, BOPIC, Curbside Pick-up, and Same Day Delivery.
• Sustain the implementation of repack awareness procedures by inspecting identified repack items.
• Watch and regulate the movement of members and visitors at the club's entry and exit locations to guarantee a safe and secure environment
• Engages in proper Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS) alarm responses in line with established protocols.
• Prioritizes the safety of both team members and individuals through stringent standards.
• Examines the bags, backpacks, briefcases, and lunch boxes of team members, colleagues, and vendors as part of exit inspections.
• Administers the exchange of empty water jugs for vouchers processed for members.
• Respects and upholds the club's policies and procedures.
• Undertakes further duties as dictated, including working in alternate departments as necessary.
• Being present consistently and predictably is an essential function of this job.

Qualifications:

• Necessary for success in this role are superb communication skills and a careful attention to detail.
• Having a grasp of basic math concepts is beneficial.
• Competence in navigating a sophisticated mobile device.
• Fulfilling the required training and certification obligations is a must.
• Applicants should have accumulated at least six months of service with the company to meet the employment criteria.
• Participants must have attained the age of 18 years.

Environmental Job Conditions:

• Time is consistently allocated to standing and moving on unyielding surfaces.
• There may be a need to perform activities such as bending, pulling, reaching, stooping, and climbing ladders/step stools in this role.
• Capability to handle occasional lifting of objects weighing up to 30 pounds.
• Being influenced by the temperatures of indoor and outdoor surroundings.
