Job Summary of Fuel Hauler:

Perform the necessary tasks of loading, conveying, and distributing processed items from storage locations to diverse customer sites, including retail stores, warehouses, and corporate entities, while ensuring that all shipping activities adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Fuel Hauler:

• Safely handle the loading of fuel at terminals owned by customers.
• Perform transportation and distribution of fuel to company retail sites according to designated delivery routes.
• Verify that the distributed product corresponds with the right retail store location.
• Observe and adhere to the company’s and Department of Transportation’s protocols concerning the safe loading and unloading of hazardous substances.
• Ensure roadway safety by complying with both federal and state driving regulations.
• Keep track of daily service hours for DOT regulatory purposes.
• Analyze and report mechanical or equipment problems without delay.
• Preserve a polished and professional appearance, and ensure your vehicle’s interior and exterior are orderly.
• Complete further tasks as assigned by those in charge.

Qualifications and Experience of Fuel Hauler:

• - Having a high school diploma or an acceptable alternative is obligatory.
• Three years of prior experience in operating tractor-trailers is a basic requirement.
• Essential: A minimum of three years engaged in driving duties for petroleum delivery purposes.
• Licensed as a Class A CDL driver with specialized Hazmat and Tank endorsements along with a TWIC credential.
• Upholding a pristine driving record and meeting the expectations of the DOT Drug & Alcohol Clearinghouse.
• Possessing the skill to pass and continuously meet the DOT physical examination standards.
