Job Summary of Culinary Team Leader:

Involves assisting in managing food operations, ensuring food safety and quality, and providing efficient, friendly service. This person helps lead the team, maintains standards for food presentation, and supports the Store Manager in creating a positive experience for guests and team members aligned with company values.

Job Duties and Responsibilities of Culinary Team Leader:

• Give a cordial greeting to guests to set a welcoming tone.
• Regulate the supervision of food stock levels, expenses, wastage, meal preparation, and visual representation.
• Guarantee the cleanliness of the food service area and adhere to sanitation standards.
• Meet objectives for selling food like pizza, breakfast products, and drinks.
• Train and support team members in implementing food safety protocols during food preparation activities.
• Coordinate efforts with external suppliers to monitor and provide training in food safety practices.
• Keep stock at appropriate levels and rotate food products accordingly.
• Conduct guest transactions with efficiency and a focus on superior customer experience.
• Support the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by performing extra responsibilities as requested.

Qualifications and Experience of Culinary Team Leader:

• A GED or high school diploma is a necessary requirement for this position.
• Applicants should have a background of at least half a year in retail or food service roles.
• Retail, service, or restaurant experience of 1 year is preferred.
• While it is a positive attribute, a ServSafe certification is not a strict necessity.
• Adept at engaging in conversations with guests and team members.
• Displaying dynamic energy, adeptness in adapting swiftly, and fostering a cooperative team environment.
