Job Duties and Responsibilities of Culinary Team Leader:
- Give a cordial greeting to guests to set a welcoming tone.
- Regulate the supervision of food stock levels, expenses, wastage, meal preparation, and visual representation.
- Guarantee the cleanliness of the food service area and adhere to sanitation standards.
- Meet objectives for selling food like pizza, breakfast products, and drinks.
- Train and support team members in implementing food safety protocols during food preparation activities.
- Coordinate efforts with external suppliers to monitor and provide training in food safety practices.
- Keep stock at appropriate levels and rotate food products accordingly.
- Conduct guest transactions with efficiency and a focus on superior customer experience.
- Support the Store Manager or Guest Service Leader by performing extra responsibilities as requested.
Qualifications and Experience of Culinary Team Leader:
- A GED or high school diploma is a necessary requirement for this position.
- Applicants should have a background of at least half a year in retail or food service roles.
- Retail, service, or restaurant experience of 1 year is preferred.
- While it is a positive attribute, a ServSafe certification is not a strict necessity.
- Adept at engaging in conversations with guests and team members.
- Displaying dynamic energy, adeptness in adapting swiftly, and fostering a cooperative team environment.
