Job Summary of Deli Attendant:

As a member of the Deli Attendant, your role involves enhancing the shopping experience for customers, providing support, ensuring product arrangement is orderly, and contributing to the cleanliness and inviting atmosphere of the store. Responsibilities of Deli Attendant:

• Continuously deliver exceptional customer service to all patrons, ensuring their needs are met
• Interacting with our customers to understand their desires and requirements in order to assist them in devising their meal options
• Keeping updated on the store's product offerings and weekly promotions while collaborating with different departments to aid customers
• Ensure a welcoming shopping environment by strategically placing and replenishing our merchandise and unique items throughout the day, as well as attending to nearby customers
• Collect shopping carts from the parking area and help with various cleaning tasks around the store
• Demonstrating adherence to The Fresh Market protocols for receiving and organizing merchandise appropriately
• Cut and get ready an assortment of meats, cheeses, and convenient meal options within the department continuously, ensuring high product standards are upheld
• Maintain a professional appearance by following the prescribed uniform guidelines

Qualifications of Deli Attendant:

• 3 plus years of experience in retail, restaurant, or hospitality field
• 1 plus years of leadership experience
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Must be at least 18 years of age
