As a Cake and Pastry Decorator at ShopRite, one of the primary tasks is to uphold a work atmosphere that is orderly, clean, and secure. Ensuring adherence to departmental sanitation and quality assurance standards is key, including the regular sanitization of all equipment, tools, and work surfaces. Moreover, it is essential to maintain a floor that is clear of any spills or clutter. Additionally, offering a friendly greeting to customers and delivering them prompt and courteous assistance is part of the role, along with packaging products neatly into display cases

Responsibilities of Cake and Pastry Decorator:

• Greet customers in a professional and friendly manner, providing assistance with custom cake orders and product inquiries.
• Design, decorate, and finish cakes, cupcakes, and other bakery items according to customer requests and ShopRite standards.
• Create appealing and creative designs for special occasions such as birthdays, weddings, and holidays.
• Prepare icings, fillings, and frostings using proper techniques and recipes.
• Ensure all decorated products are attractively displayed and labeled with accurate information.
