Role and Responsibilities of Bakery Production Associate:

• Achieve excellence in baking bread, cookies, pastries, and specialty desserts by upholding stringent quality standards
• Personalize pastries and treats with creativity and attention to detail
• Perform operations with ovens, mixers, slicers, and proofers safely and effectively
• Ensure that products are in compliance with freshness, quality, and safety standards
• Ensure that bakery cases and shelves are cleaned, organized, and have sufficient stock
• Connect with patrons and provide exceptional customer service
