Job Description:

Warehouse Loaders are responsible for the safe, accurate and efficient selection of damage free product. You will help fill our stores' orders, meet delivery schedules, and promote customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements:

• Applicants with up to 6 months of experience are welcome to apply
• Prior knowledge operating electric pallet jacks is preferred
• There is no need for candidates to possess a high school diploma to apply for this educational program
• Weight carrying stipulation: Restricted to 100 pounds at most
• You need to be a minimum of 18 years of age to fulfill this criterion

Job Responsibilities:

• Having the skill to quantify accurately is vital.
• Employ a voice-activated system for precise product selection by effectively matching slot numbers with corresponding product descriptions.
• Move cases weighing up to 100 lbs from pick slots to pallets by lifting them correctly at different levels such as ground, shoulder, and overhead.
• Achieve and sustain productivity standards that have been set.
• Create stable and damage-resistant pallet loads by combining cases of various sizes and weights for safe transportation.
• Apply shrink-wrap to encase and place completed pallets of preferred goods in the correct shipping areas for loading preparation.
• Engage in ongoing dialogue with supervisors concerning safety procedures, equipment conditions, damaged goods, and any emerging problems.
• Have the flexibility to adapt your schedule and work times when necessary to support the company's production requirements.
• Adhere to the regulations, procedures, and safety guidelines outlined by the organization, including the safe utilization of machinery and the promotion of a clean and safe workplace.
• Comply with the necessary steps to uphold food safety measures.
• Fulfill various responsibilities within the warehouse as necessary and instructed.
