Role and Responsibilities of Licensed Pharmacist:

• Deliver hands-on care services and promote the overall health of patients.
• Guide pharmacy technicians, clerks, and pharmacy interns.
• Uphold operational benchmarks, safety requirements, and performance measurements.
• Support in the enhancement of drug treatment and management of health conditions.
• Provide exceptional care that centers around the patient's needs while managing both acute and chronic conditions.
• Aid in advancing initiatives that seek to enhance the organization's profitability and service standards.

Required Skills and Experience of Licensed Pharmacist:

• Candidates must possess a Pharmacy Bachelor's Degree, Pharm.D, or an equivalent FPGEC (NABP) credential.
• Possessing a pharmacy license that is current and in good standing in the designated state(s) of practice.
• Certified Immunizer preferred.
• Competence to operate effectively across a variety of shifts, ranging from days and evenings to weekends and holidays.

Preferred Qualifications of Licensed Pharmacist:

• Impressive communication proficiency and the capacity to foster significant connections with patients.
• Embracing a steadfast commitment to diversity, equity, inclusion, and fostering the well-being of associates.
• Experience delivering immunization services refers to the practical involvement in providing vaccines to the community.
