Job Summary of Bakery Manager Trainee:
Oversee retail operations for the designated department, making decisions that affect store associates, the quality and presentation of merchandise, and the service level provided to our customers. Responsibilities of Bakery Manager Trainee:

- Uphold operational and merchandising standards to drive profitability, emphasizing priority categories for strategic advancement.
- Maintain robust communication practices within the department that resonate throughout the organization.
- Monitor and uphold adherence to company sanitation, safety, and food safety measures.
- Understanding the causes of shrinkage is fundamental to developing effective approaches for preventing and minimizing its effects.
- Be fully versed in the department's standard operating procedures manual and the Program Manuals for the distinct programs managed by each of your designated departments.
- Execute any other tasks as given.
- Broad knowledge of store operations and comprehensive total store merchandising techniques.
- Superb interpersonal skills, customer service capabilities, and communication proficiency.
- Exceptional ability to organize effectively and a willingness to learn and handle multiple tasks and technical aspects required for the job.

- Candidates need to have experience as a Department Manager or in a comparable role.
- Preference is given to candidates with a college degree or equivalent qualifications.
- The Certified Food Safety Manager accreditation from the National Registry of Food Safety Professionals or a relevant accrediting institution is a must-have. If not already certified, candidates are obligated to complete company-supplied training and achieve certification within the initial 90 days of hire. Continuous accreditation is mandatory for roles that mandate it.
Physical Requirements of Bakery Manager Trainee:
