Job Summary of Courtesy Service Clerk:

Your role as a Courtesy Service Clerk is crucial in representing excellent customer service. Your main tasks involve handling and bagging customers' groceries efficiently while prioritizing exceptional customer service.Whether you are assisting customers in finding products, gathering shopping carts, or maintaining cleanliness within the store, you serve as the face of Sprouts to our customers. We are looking for individuals with a welcoming and outgoing demeanor, as well as an understanding of the importance of teamwork and its positive effects.Many team members have started their careers in this role and progressed to other positions in various departments throughout the store. If you thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment, we are interested in hearing from you.

Requirements of Courtesy Service Clerk:

• At least 16 years of age
• Dependable and reliable
• Have and show an outgoing and friendly behavior
• Have a positive attitude and the ability to interact with our customers
• Have the ability to work a flexible schedule that changes as the business does
• Follow all Front End procedures and work closely with other Team Members throughout the store
